ASSUMED NAMES

 

As of January 1, 2020, the State Corporation Commission Clerk’s Office is the central filing office in Virginia for all certificates of assumed or fictitious name. The Circuit Court Clerk’s Office no longer has the necessary forms to register or record an assumed name. Said form is available at:
